Gerald N. Kieft

Founder/President, Wall Street Resources, Inc.
President, WSR Consulting, Inc.


Mr. Kieft is the founder and President of Wall Street Resources, Inc. and the President of WSR Consulting, Inc. Mr. Kieft began his career in the finance industry as an analyst for the Loan Source in 1991, providing debt-funding sources for small businesses through Small Business Association (SBA) loans. Subsequently, Mr. Kieft has founded, built and managed a number of successful companies as well as worked as a buy-side analyst for a hedge fund, a sell-side analyst for a boutique brokerage firm and as a consultant to high net worth individuals and emerging growth companies at a number of financial institutions including Prudential Securities, Legg Mason Wood Walker and Raymond James & Associates. Throughout his career in the finance industry, Mr. Kieft has helped numerous emerging growth companies obtain financing and gain market awareness, while providing quality information on micro and small capital companies to the investment community.

Mr. Kieft is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree, majoring in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Economics.


Paul L. Silver

Managing Director - Research, Wall Street Resources, Inc.
Director of Corporate Finance, WSR Consulting, Inc. 

Mr. Silver joined Wall Street Resources in 2006 as its Managing Director of Research. He has been in the financial services industry since 1995 and began his professional career in auditing with a Big Four accounting firm in New York City. Mr. Silver left the auditing field to pursue the forensic accounting and litigation advisory business for another Big Four accounting firm.  During this time, Mr. Silver conducted financial analysis for the resolution of fraud assertions such as insider trading activity.  Mr. Silver also implemented analytical and modeling techniques for various business claims and disputes.  Mr. Silver made the move to Wall Street as a sell-side research analyst for two global investment banks in New York City including Salomon Smith Barney and UBS Paine Webber. At Salomon Smith Barney he was a member of the firm’s research team covering REITs that was consistently ranked #1 by Institutional Investor magazine. Most recently, Mr. Silver worked for a private equity firm as its Chief Investment Strategist.

Mr. Silver is a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia with a BA in liberal arts and New York University's Stern Business School with an MBA in International Finance and Accounting.


Michael R. Hull, CPA

Managing Director - CFO Services, WSR Consulting, Inc.

Mr. Hull joined WSR Consulting, Inc. in 2008 as its Managing Director of CFO Services. After graduating from college, Mr. Hull spent 11 years auditing both public and private companies for Price Waterhouse, advancing from audit staff to audit senior manager. Upon leaving Price Waterhouse, he accepted the position of CFO for BCT International, a public company that is a franchisor of wholesale printing businesses with annual network sales of $107 million. Subsequently, he worked for Resources Global Professionals, where he was a member of a team that assisted a $4 billion subsidiary of a $40 billion multinational company in complying with Section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Most recently, Mr. Hull served as the CFO of BabyUniverse, a public company traded on Nasdaq. His responsibilities included preparing the annual 10-K and quarterly 10-Qs filed with the SEC and coordinated the annual financial statement audit and quarterly reviews.

Mr. Hull is a 1985 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986 and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Financial Executives Network Group.


 


Jacquelyn B. Bolles, CPA

Managing Director of Corporate Accounting

Ms. Bolles, CPA joined WSR Consulting, Inc. in 2011 as its Managing Director of Corporate Accounting.  Ms. Bolles has fifteen years of experience working with both private and public companies.  Her past responsibilities have included SEC compliance (10-K and 10-Q preparation), financial and strategic planning, complex business and tax issues, budget development and management, and accounting and financial operations. 

Prior to joining the WSR Group, Ms. Bolles worked as an international tax accountant specializing in treaty issues (1994-1996) and as a litigation accountant involved with business valuations and forensics (1996-2000) with two mid-size accounting firms.  In 2000, Ms. Bolles joined Place of Hope, Inc. as its Director of Finance and Operations where her roles included the administration of finance, operations, human resources, information technology and general business affairs.  In 2003, Ms. Bolles joined Ecosphere Technologies (UltraStrip Systems, Inc.) as its interim controller where she was responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation and SEC compliance.  In 2005, Ms. Bolles joined Oakwood Center of the Palm Beaches, Inc. as its controller where she directed all activities concerned with finance, accounting and budgeting.  In 2007, Ms. Bolles joined AsgardHealth as its Vice President of Finance.

Ms. Bolles is a 1983 graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. degree. Ms. Bolles has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1997.


Bryan Snyder

IT Manager, Wall Street Resources, Inc.

Mr. Snyder joined Wall Street Resources in August of 2008 with his efforts focused on operations management, information technology and e-commerce.  Prior to joining Wall Street Resources Mr. Snyder spent the majority of his career in the construction industry with a concentration on CAD/CAM design. From this experience, he garnered the knowledge to master numerous software programs.


Holly S. Kieft

Business Broker, WSR Consulting, Inc.

Ms. Kieft has been involved with WSR Consulting since inception with her efforts initially focused on operations management. Prior to joining Wall Street Resources, Ms. Kieft spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry with a concentration on dentistry. Ms. Kieft is also a licensed business broker and specializes in identifying acquisition targets for publicly traded companies. 


Jeannette Weiss

Vice-President - Marketing/Public Relations

Jeannette Weiss is a public relations, marketing and media executive with over 20 years experience in the industry. As the Community Relations Manager and Marketing Director for The Tribune, A Freedom Family newspaper, Ms. Weiss was responsible for the community branding and outreach programs. She was directly responsible for creating the newspaper’s most successful campaign combining the newspapers 100 year history in the community with its drive to engage readers in new media. Later, as part of the magazine team, she was instrumental in the creation of several publications including a golf magazine, an annual health publication and a lifestyle magazine. She was also the creator of the newspapers first and only Annual Report to the Community.

As the owner and manager of a South Florida boutique advertising agency, Ms. Weiss used her hands on style to help hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Beginning her ad agency career as the Executive Media Buyer gave her first hand experience of purchasing large national ad campaigns with small budgets. Later as, Major Accounts Executive, she was responsible for corporate branding, media campaigns, public relations and marketing for all major clients. As President of the Agency, she became intimately familiar with the challenges of running a company while managing its advertising and marketing departments. The Agency is the recipient of dozens of Gold and Silver Addys, Vision and Communicator Awards and Builders Association Awards.

Ms. Weiss is certified in Public Speaking and Social Media Marketing, is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and has received numerous awards and certifications from the International Council of Shopping Centers and the International Newspaper Marketing Association. She is Past President of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, a Member of Rotary International, and Community Relations Chair for the Port St. Lucie Sunset Rotary, a Founding Member of and Executive Board Member of the Treasure Coast Women’s Council, and a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Endowment Fund Advisory Board.

She is currently responsible for the management of all media campaigns, social media marketing, copywriting and public relations for all major accounts and for The WSR Group.  


Dane Wesolko

Creative Director

As The WSR Group’s Creative Director, Dane Wesolko is responsible for all Print Design, Web Design, Photography and Graphic Illustration for The WSR Group and its clients. He is a graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and holds an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design. While at the Art Institute, Mr. Wesolko was nominated for Best Student Portfolio.

Mr. Wesolko was previously the in house Graphic Designer for Tessuta, a sophisticated Palm Beach boutique shop with a line of women’s gifts and accessories. He has been commissioned to create ads, logos, websites and illustration for many of South Florida’s most prestigious companies, including the Omphoy Hotel, Studio Six Five, Flow Entertainment, Flashy Fly Clothing and Andrew Greenspan and Associates.

Mr. Wesolko is proficient in the most advanced and latest software programs including, but not limited to, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office, HTML and CSS. He is comfortable with both Mac and PC Platforms.

In his free time, he studies Golden Breath American Tai Chi and is working towards becoming a High-Senior Student and Certified Teacher. He is a member of the American Tai Chi Association.  


Sean M. Marconi

Equity Research Analyst, Wall Street Resources, Inc.

Mr. Marconi joined Wall Street Resources in June of 2011 as an Equity Research Analyst. For the past eight years, Mr. Marconi has worked diligently to identify and invest in the most promising micro-capital companies in the U.S. Mr. Marconi concentrates on companies that have a market capitalization of less than $500 million with a strong business model, significant barriers-to-entry and a proven management team with a significant equity stake.

Prior to joining Wall Street Resources, Mr. Marconi played an integral role as a Marketing & Operations Manager position in a growing franchise. His primary objectives were building revenue, maintaining a high quality level of service and controlling costs to optimize cash flows from operations.

Mr. Marconi is a graduate of Oakland University in Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree, majoring in Finance.
