You’ll need to write an essay of one thousand words or less on why the mom you’re entering deserves to win, and submit it along with your application form and a close-up facial photo and smile of the mom to ultimatemommakeover@gmail.com. The Contest ends on Monday, June 6^th, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  Three finalists will be chosen and the winner will be announced Friday, June 10^th , 2011 during the St. Lucie Mets game at Digital Domain Park in St. Lucie West.  The winner will spend the next few weeks getting her “Makeover” and the winner’s new look will be revealed on Friday, August 12th, 2011 during another St. Lucie Mets game.
